About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring assets and resources are deployed efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating crane equipment and operator schedules based on customer needs, project timelines, and equipment availability. You will also interact with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, and collaborate with supervisors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

You will be responsible for arranging transportation of crane equipment, managing scheduling conflicts, equipment breakdowns, and unforeseen events that may impact planned operations. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of equipment utilization, operator hours, and job details.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated skills and experience in rostering and/or scheduling, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously under pressure.

The ideal candidate will possess a resilient personality, a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers, and the confidence to prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate MS Office skills and a full current driver's license are required.
