Role Overview
Customer Experience Officers serve as our frontline representatives, tasked with delivering service quality that surpasses customer expectations in every interaction. Positioned at the front desk, these officers are dedicated to providing exceptional service and cultivating strong relationships with facility users. This commitment to high-quality service and relationship building contributes to increased revenue through a growing membership base, higher program participation, and enhanced customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Officers will:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of all community programs and assist in aligning these offerings with the unique needs of each customer.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- The position requires relevant pre-employment checks, including a Police Check, and maintaining a current working with children check.
- The successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain first aid and CPR certifications.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong customer focus.
- Enjoys promoting memberships, swimming lessons, and other services to potential members.
- Passionate about the leisure industry and motivated to serve Aligned Leisure.
- Relentless in their approach to sales and service.
