Rehabilitation Consultant

About the Role


IPAR is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients to achieve their return to work goals.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve return to work outcomes
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to clients

Requirements



  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
  • Full or Provisional Registration with AHPRA, Full ASORC membership or Full Registration with AASW (or eligibility to apply)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong passion for injury prevention and return to work
