About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a dynamic and innovative team in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. As a key member of the Property Management department, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 180 residential properties, providing exceptional service to owners and tenants, and driving business growth through new property acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a high-quality portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct thorough rental reviews and lease renewals, providing expert advice to owners and tenants.
  • Coordinate ingoing and outgoing inspections, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
  • Handle escalated arrears management, working closely with owners and tenants to resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and attend tribunal hearings, representing the company with confidence and expertise.
  • Coordinate the interviewing and placement of prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build the property portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with a strong background in property management.
  • Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration, as well as a reliable car and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Strong administration skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of the local property market, with a deep understanding of market trends and conditions.
