Expert Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacist Leader to join our team.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
About the Role:The Specialist Pharmacist role provides advanced clinical pharmacy leadership, services and advice to ensure safe and contemporary pre-hospital care.
This involves providing high-level clinical advice, direction and guidance to senior health professionals and stakeholders on established principles and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide expert clinical pharmacy practice, complex medication management and relevant standards.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and opportunities.
- Support staff through high-quality educational activities, supervision and facilitation of professional development.
- Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Pharmacy Board of Australia) registration is required. Certified copies must be provided prior to commencement.
- Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is highly regarded.
- Vaccination against specified infectious diseases is mandatory for direct patient contact.
