Job Title: Clinical Nurse ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Grandton, WA. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of our clinical and care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise the delivery of clinical and care services to ensure high-quality care and services to residents.
- Ensure care delivery is consistent with excellence in standards of practice.
- Coordinate the roster planning to ensure care and services are effectively provided.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of ANACC assessment documentation to maximize Commonwealth funding.
- Coordinate and support the investigation, review, and response to clinical incident reporting processes.
- Ensure clinical and care staff are appropriately educated and competent to carry out their required roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate the implementation of high standards of care for all residents.
- Manage the clinical assessment process to ensure individualized care plans are developed and regularly evaluated.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skills mix are available at all times to meet residents' needs.
- Registered Nurse, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Demonstrated contemporary clinical assessment skills.
- Demonstrated clinical supervisory/management experience in a residential aged care setting.
- Effective emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to engage with residents and families to promote and foster positive relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, influence, and lead effective teams.
- Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation and the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
