Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the office manager, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate with transporters, customer service, operations personnel, and suppliers to facilitate efficient communication and task management
  • Conduct purchasing tasks, including ordering materials/services and Goods Receipting using SAP, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets using Excel, providing valuable insights for decision-making
