Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing biddable campaigns, supervising team workload, and driving effectiveness and efficiency gains across the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management: Oversee the workflow of junior team members, provide clear guidance and instruction, and lead the training and development of junior members.
  • Product Management: Take the lead in delivering end-to-end biddable campaigns, identify and drive innovation and best practice opportunities, and guide and enrich advanced biddable capabilities.
  • Client Management: Own key relationships at the intermediate level, lead initiatives to improve agency and client capabilities, and develop skills in media planning principles.
  • Commercial Management: Ensure all team financial and compliance processes are followed, maintain a strong perspective of in-scope services, and provide hands-on leadership to junior staff in dealing with commercial issues.
