About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing consultant to join our team, responsible for delivering first-class ServiceNow solutions to clients across the region.

  • This position is based in Canberra.
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

  • Develop scoped applications, workflows, and other UI elements for custom solutions and enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to support platform growth and development.
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations of ServiceNow solutions to business teams and stakeholders.
  • Debug technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements and ExperienceMust Have
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA; CIS ITSM and 1+ additional CIS certification; ServiceNow Suite Certified (e.g., ITSM, HR, or CSM).
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and development.
  • Ability to create build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specifications.
Nice to Have
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications.
  • 5+ years of successful ServiceNow project delivery.
