Children's Sport Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Sports Coach to join our growing multi-sport program for preschool children on the Central Coast.
In collaboration with the Sports Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of our sports programs across daycare centers in the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced coaches, personal trainers, or individuals with teaching backgrounds who are looking for a fun and supportive work environment.
- Program Delivery: Delivering and executing our sports curriculum, reviewing and updating coaching resources and tools.
- Early Learning Centres: Maintaining relationships with Early Learning Centres, managing program schedules and programming, distributing educational resources.
- Business Development: Seeking new business opportunities through developing relationships with educators and leadership teams at existing Early Learning Centres, identifying new centres and prospecting via trial classes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic, reliable and punctual, and have a passion for sport and children's development. You will also need to have or be willing to obtain an ABN and Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC).
