The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Expert to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards
  • Assisting in menu creation and specials development
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborating with the wider culinary team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a cook in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
