About the Role

As a Senior Beauty Consultant at National Pharmacies, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and advice to our valued customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of enabling health and inspiring wellness.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced beauty professional to lead our Clarins counter in Norwood Pharmacy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in prestige skincare, with excellent product knowledge and presentation skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized consultations and advice to customers on premium beauty products
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail
  • Processing transactions efficiently and effectively using point-of-sale systems
  • Ensuring store visual merchandising standards are met, creating an engaging shopping experience for customers

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge, particularly in the area of prestige skincare
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to continue learning and developing skills
