Job Title: Tyre Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tyre Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our tyre centre, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support when purchasing and installing tyres.

About the Role:

  • Balances, installs and rotates tyres to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Stocks tyres in sales area according to merchandising plan to meet customer demands.
  • Repairs flat tyres for customers while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Assists customers with tyre purchases, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Operates cash register and processes transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety procedures.
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in tyre installation, balancing and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Awareness of current market trends and competitor activity.
