Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional support to donors, ensuring timely and accurate processing of donations.

  • Oversee donation processing and reconciliation tasks.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and excellent phone manner, promoting our core values at all times.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes across fundraising operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in overseeing donation processing and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced aptitude in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
