TasWater
TasWater Capital Delivery Office (CDO) is an Alliance between TasWater, UGL, CPB and WSP Australia.
The TasWater CDO will deliver:
· Major water infrastructure projects across Tasmania as part of the TasWater $1.1 billion capital works program
· Timely, cost effective, and quality capital works solutions for all stakeholders
· Improved safety outcomes
· Capacity and capability to transition the program back to TasWater post completion
· The necessary framework for emergent projects
About the Role
TasWater CDO have a requirement for a HSEQ Manager to join our programs team. This role provides leadership, advice and support in driving exceptional HSEQ performance through alignment and delivery of the TW CDO Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) programs.
What will your day look like in this role:
· Setting up and managing whole HSEQ program including systems, governance, and onsite audits
· Manage Health & safety, Environment, and Quality teams with supportive leadership
· Mentorship of Quality team
· Work closely with the Alliance Program Manager on reporting process
What will you bring to the role:
· Health & Safety degree qualified, and minimum 10 years Health & Safety, and 5 years Environmental management experience.
· Strong HSE Solution Focused mindset where obstacles can be overcome.
· Experience in Health and Safety Management on major infrastructure projects in utilities, oil & gas or energy.
· Demonstrated leadership capability managing geographically dispersed teams
