Job Description:

This is a key position that oversees the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

  • Coordinate all procurement activities to meet project needs.
  • Maintain an updated list of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors.
  • Compile RFQ packages and ensure technical specifications are met.
  • Evaluate potential suppliers and maintain a list for future reference.
  • Onboard new suppliers onto the company's PO system.
  • Follow up on RFQ responses to ensure timely procurement decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, construction managers, engineers, logistics personnel, and administrators.
  • Organise supplier audits to assess quality and compliance standards.
  • Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate factory inspections, expediting orders, and ensuring quality control measures are met.
  • Facilitate transport, logistics, and delivery schedules to align with project timelines.

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Manager who has experience in end-to-end procurement and purchasing processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

A degree or relevant qualification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or extensive experience in a related field is essential. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position is also required.
