Job Title: Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations with a focus on customer service and efficiency.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist clients with depot collections, drop-offs, repacks, and damages.
  • Investigate freight escalations and manage unidentified freight items.
  • Complete daily data entry tasks, including raising consignment notes and updating internal systems.
  • Scan finance copies and close driver manifests.
  • Conduct regular audits and complete general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, clerical support, or customer service (transport/logistics background preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills and confidence using internal software systems.
  • A friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Team player mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
