We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in our Dementia Specific Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to our Registered Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, and Allied Health Team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that enhance the quality of life for our consumers.
- Collaborate with our Deputy Care Manager to ensure seamless care delivery and high standards of practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in aged care.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience in aged care.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Experience working with clients living with dementia.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
