Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Specialists play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to support the growth and success of an organization.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities to manage a team of coordinators and ensure efficient labor planning for events.

The ideal candidate will have experience in labor management, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams, developing staff, and improving labor performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective labor strategies.
  • Analyze regional labor reports to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Participate in interview and hiring processes for new technician candidates.
  • Manage a team of coordinators, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and authorize payroll correctly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of labor management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to successfully interact and support all levels of management within the organization.
  • Strong analytical ability.
