Design Role

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and driven designer with experience in fashion apparel. You will be responsible for delivering product, prioritizing customer needs, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Trend forecasting & identifying new product opportunities
  • Leadership – striving to improve product, process and culture
  • Building relationship & influence key stakeholders
  • Developing and mentoring a talented design assistant

To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Proven experience in a fashion design role within women's, kids or men's apparel
  • Strong ability to forecast and implement commercial and broad appeal trend
  • High proficiency in illustrator and photoshop
  • Ability to deliver complex tech packs for products with higher complexity
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with 3D design software highly regarded but not essential
