Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily register reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Support preparation of invoices, documentation, and document management systems.
  • Ensure waiting room store inventory is up-to-date and replenished as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Adhere to OH&S guidelines for personal safety and well-being.
  • Address client concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner.

Our clinic boasts state-of-the-art equipment, including digital X-ray and ultrasound capabilities. Our operating hours are Tuesday to Friday, with after-hours referrals handled by a nearby emergency clinic to promote work-life balance.
