Key Role: Senior Technical Advisor for Assets Delivery

This is a strategic opportunity to lead the identification and communication of project risks and business impacts. You will champion a safety-first approach, ensuring all activities are planned and executed without compromising health and wellbeing.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for inspiring high performance through strong leadership, fostering a motivated and achievement-driven project team culture.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of asset management principles and industry best practices, as well as extensive experience in both asset management and project delivery.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships are essential. A well-developed project management expertise and awareness of asset management challenges within the Australian water industry are highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • A post-secondary qualification (tertiary or trade) in an engineering-related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in both asset management and project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships.
  • Solid understanding of water infrastructure assets and systems.
  • Sound knowledge of asset management principles and industry best practices.
  • Well-developed project management expertise.
  • Awareness of asset management challenges within the Australian water industry is highly desirable.
