Chef de Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a dynamic culinary environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating kitchen operations, menu planning, mentoring apprentice chefs, and upholding the highest standards of food safety and presentation. They will also play a vital role in delivering exceptional food experiences across all areas with a focus on fine dining and banquets.

This role requires strong skills in menu planning, food ordering, storage, and presentation. The ideal candidate will have formal culinary qualifications, demonstrated experience in a high-end restaurant and / or five-star catering, hospitality or hotel environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Formal culinary qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in a high-end restaurant and / or five-star catering, hospitality or hotel environment
• Strong skills in menu planning, food ordering, storage, and presentation
• Ability to lead and coordinate kitchen staff including apprentices and casual chefs
• Commitment to training and mentoring emerging culinary talent
• Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
