Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Nagle College in Blacktown South. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including non-specialised repair work, responding to alarms and inspecting buildings.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff and students, and relevant knowledge or experience in maintenance tasks is essential. A trade qualification (Certificate III) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform non-specialised repair work
  • Respond to alarms, follow emergency procedures and inspect buildings
  • Provide assistance to qualified tradespersons in building and furniture maintenance
  • Undertake other duties as requested by the Principal and/or Principal's Delegate

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow directions, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff and students
  • Relevant knowledge or experience in maintenance tasks
