Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our retail team as Seasonal Retail Consultants. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring they find the perfect products that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
