As a key member of the Executive team, you will provide expert advice to senior leaders, ensuring the consistent operationalisation of the risk management framework. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining an appropriate level of risk governance and oversight activities, including reporting to the Executive, Audit and Risk Committee, and the Board.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with experience in complex and dynamic operating environments, who can analyse multiple datasets to identify trends and anomalies to support risk-based decision making. You will have a proven track record of leading 2nd line risk advisory functions and influencing teams in the application of robust and effective risk management processes.
You will possess highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, and consultation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Your extensive experience in designing and enhancing risk insights reporting will be highly valued.
