Job Overview

As a leading Australian coffee roaster, we are passionate about serving freshly roasted specialty coffee. We seek dedicated team members who share our passion for great coffee, quality food, and excellent customer service.

We are looking for talented professionals to join our kitchen team in Toowoomba stores: Russell Street, Wyalla, and Xpress. The successful candidates will work in a fast-paced environment, managing kitchen workflow, preparing food, and ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations, meet preparation targets, and maintain high-quality food standards.
  • Contribute to creative culinary planning and execution of menus.
  • Operate in a dynamic environment, working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a fun, hardworking, and energetic team culture aligned with our values.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Chef: minimum 2 years' experience in a cafe or restaurant environment; Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or higher.
  • Kitchen Assistant: minimum 1 year's experience; ideally a certificate in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality.
