The Team

Xero's 'Catalyst Engineering' portfolio is our platform engineering and developer enablement function, responsible for powering Xero's engineers and our Partner Ecosystem with cutting-edge platforms and toolchains to rapidly build innovative, robust, and secure products that meet the needs of Xero's customers.

Quality Enablement Tools Team Overview

The Quality Enablement Tools team is accountable for managing and supporting the engineering tools that enhance software quality across the organization. These roles involve owning and maintaining key tooling systems, providing support and guidance to engineering teams, and driving improvements to streamline quality processes.

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to work with various technologies including .Net framework/.Net Core, A variety of AWS services, Kubernetes & Docker, GHA/TeamCity for CICD, Terraform for IaC, and LaunchDarkly.
