About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead our Data Centre infrastructure projects. As a Senior TPM, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, design, budgeting, implementation, testing, and deployment of new Data Centres.

With a strong background in technical project management, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while interacting with customers, partners, and suppliers to understand business goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects across multiple time zones, managing remote teams and facilitating technical sessions to troubleshoot issues and remove barriers to project success.
  • Build cross-functional matrix-based teams, establish trust with stakeholders, and manage capital budgets.
  • Design solutions, eliminate unnecessary activity, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
  • Exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in delivery of technical infrastructure, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management;
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating project schedules;
  • Experience reviewing technical problems and providing clear options and recommendations to lead teams to decisions and delivery;
  • Experience conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and presenting information to key stakeholders.
