We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Rivervale, WA with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week.

About the role

You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for our Property Section within the Assets & Infrastructure Team, delivering prompt and professional updates and communications to all stakeholders and customers.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating management systems, including fleet administration, to accurately track and reflect maintenance activities, as well as supporting the upkeep of property resource information.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and FM software packages;
  • Experience in liaising with contractors and carrying out contract administration functions;
  • Cert IV in Business Administration or similar;
  • Help Desk experience;
  • Trade background / experience;
  • Previous experience utilising FM and CRM software packages;
  • Experience working in an aged care or health care environment.
