About the Role

As a Support Worker with Community Support Incorporated, you will provide in-home support to clients who require assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic tasks, and social support.

You will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, and may be required to assist with complex personal care needs. Training is provided to ensure you are equipped to provide high-quality care.

To be successful in this role, you will require a passion for helping and supporting others, as well as previous experience in a similar role. You will also need to have a current DHS Child-Related or Disability Clearance, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home support to clients with daily living activities
  • Assist with personal care needs, domestic tasks, and social support
  • Work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes
  • May be required to assist with complex personal care needs
  • Use personal smartphone for work purposes and a reliable motor vehicle for transport shifts
