Job Title: Principal Hydrocarbon Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Principal Hydrocarbon Resource Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative methods to extract oil and gas from reservoirs, utilizing various engineering principles to design and develop drilling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing natural reservoirs to identify the most effective extraction methods.
  • Designing drilling equipment for oil and gas production operations.
  • Developing strategies to recover oil and gas from fields, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Overseeing production operations, including extracting, drilling, and transporting oil and gas.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, protecting the well-being of our employees and the environment.
  • Installing, operating, and maintaining drilling and extraction equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with Reserves Engineers, Production Engineers, and Drilling Engineers to achieve business objectives.
  • Applying engineering principles to design and develop petroleum equipment, optimizing its functionality and efficiency.
  • Supervising the removal of drilling equipment and sealing of reservoirs to prevent environmental damage.

As a seasoned Petroleum Engineer, you will work closely with a team of experts to discover new oil and gas reservoirs, research cost-effective exploration methods, and maintain accurate production records. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience working in a team environment. You will be required to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive business growth and success.
