About the Role

Total Workfit Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for undertaking workplace rehabilitation services, including initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, advice on job modifications, and rehabilitation counseling/vocational assessments. You will also be involved in medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation services to injured workers, including initial needs assessments and workplace assessments.
  • Provide advice on job modifications and rehabilitation counseling/vocational assessments to support injured workers in returning to work.
  • Participate in medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison to ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage cases and provide case management services to support injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
Requirements
  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
  • Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.
