Salary:
As an Educator at Goodstart, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of up to $32.23 per hour, plus superannuation and benefits.

Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled and caring Educator to join our team in the Bayview Heights, Woree Toogood Road, or Forest Gardens area. In this role, you'll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop and enhance engaging learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child feels valued and supported in their learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff members

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
