About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Stafford Heights in Brisbane. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will be responsible for leading educational programs and providing high-quality learning experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Lead and mentor educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality care and education
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to drive continuous improvement and excellence in educational practice
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check
