About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our client's team in North Ryde. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures
  • Conduct HVAC maintenance, including inspections, cleaning, testing, and repairs
  • Respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot, and fault-find to minimize downtime
  • Follow maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating safely and efficiently
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation
  • Perform general site maintenance tasks as required
Requirements
  • Mechanical trade certificate preferred
  • Australian residency required
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance in a high-speed 24/7 production environment
  • Previous experience working in a GMP/TGA environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
