Government Agency Case Manager

As a Government Agency Case Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • case management and coordination
  • provision of hearing support to Tribunal members and clients
  • liaising with parties and their representatives
  • development of productive relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders

You will work closely with the Tribunal's team to ensure the smooth operation of hearings and the provision of excellent client service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • strong case management and coordination skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded but not essential.
