About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Mortgage Broker to join our team at Lendigroup. As a Retail Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for managing phone, online, and walk-in enquiries, building a client pipeline, and supporting customers with their lending needs and guiding them through the home loan journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Management
    • Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries to build a strong client pipeline
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase loan settlements
  • Lending and Sales
    • Support customers with their lending needs and guide them through the home loan journey
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase loan settlements
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase loan settlements and grow the business
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required
  • Experience in lending, sales, or customer service is highly desirable
  • A strong drive to build and grow a successful mortgage broking business is essential
  • A desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams is the most important criteria of all
