About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Broker to join our retail team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for managing phone, online, and walk-in enquiries, assisting leads, and connecting with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries
  • Assist leads provided to you by the company
  • Connect with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks
  • Provide lending advice to customers
  • Guide customers through the home loan application process

Requirements

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required. If you don't have a Cert IV, we will provide instruction on how to obtain it
  • Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided
  • A background in sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this role
  • A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business
  • An ability to provide exceptional customer experiences, and a desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams
