Women and Girls Development Coordinator

Tennis Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Women and Girls Coordinator to join our team on a part-time fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering tailored programs and initiatives to increase the participation of women and girls in tennis.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Support Member Association leadership to ensure the national Women and Girls strategy is reflected in the MA strategy.
- Program Delivery: Deliver Women and Girls programs and initiatives to increase the number of Women and Girls leading and playing tennis.
- Subject Matter Expert: Be the point of contact and subject matter expert for Women and Girls for Member Association staff.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor, evaluate and report on MA Women and Girls programs and initiatives.
- Grant Management: Identify and apply for government and local grants.
- Commitment to Inclusion: Commitment to sports and inclusion with a strong dedication to fostering gender equality for women and girls in tennis.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, plan work programs, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in business management, education, sports science, or a related field is desirable.
- Certifications: Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
