At AirClass, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team of online English tutors.

We currently have a vacancy for freelance tutors who can provide one-on-one English lessons to school children aged Kindergarten to Primary 6.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires at least 16 hours of teaching per week. The working hours are flexible and can be discussed with the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, clear spoken English, and a passion for online teaching. A teaching qualification or degree is preferred but not essential.

Requirements
  • Good communication skills and clear spoken English.
  • Possession of a teaching qualification or degree (preferable).
  • Ability to work at least 4 days a week, including weekends.
  • Availability to teach at least 16 peak hours on both weekends and weekday evenings.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 3-6 months.
Working Hours

The working hours for this role are flexible and can be discussed with the successful candidate. However, the following hours are available:

  • Morning: 08:00-12:00 (GMT +8)
  • Evening: 18:00-22:00 (GMT +8)
  • Weekends: 09:00-21:00 (GMT +8)

Equipment Requirements
  • Desktop or laptop computer.
  • Windows 7 or above or Mac operating system.
  • Core i3-fifth generation performance and above CPU.
  • At least 4GB RAM (8GB recommended).
  • At least 100GB of free hard disk space available.
  • Headphones with an extended microphone and noise-cancelling function.
  • HD external or integrated camera with at least 720p resolution.
  • At least 50mbps of wired or wireless internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Online teaching experience with any Chinese teaching platform.
