Support Workers Wanted

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, social support, and domestic assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care such as showering, grooming, and dressing;
  • Offering social support with companionship or attending to appointments or recreational activities;
  • Assisting with capacity-building activities to enhance independence;
  • Performing domestic tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light household cleaning.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline;
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications;
  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar role;
  • A National Police Check (less than a year old);
  • A valid Driver's License and access to a registered vehicle.
