Medical Receptionist Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated medical receptionist to work with our patients in Sydney.
About the Position
This is a full-time role that involves being the first point of contact for our patients, communicating with doctors and audiologists, and managing a busy front desk.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous medical reception experience is not essential, but customer service experience is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with doctors and audiologists to arrange surgery bookings and manage patient appointments
- Manage a busy front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to messages, and handling patient inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
Requirements
- 5 years' customer service experience (required)
- 1 year's medical administration experience (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
