About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our Identity Management team at the Kmart Group. As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of identity projects, contributing to the enhancement of our systems and ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and lead a team of Identity and Access Management experts to position the Kmart Group as a leader in IDAM execution.
  • Lead identity management projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical leadership in the implementation of identity solutions, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Identify potential risks in identity projects and implement proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into identity management strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in driving identity management projects with a focus on successful delivery.
  • Strong technical background in identity and access management, authentication protocols, and security best practices.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering collaboration and driving results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
