About the RoleThis role involves delivering high-quality post-sales support services for Epson products distributed in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will work closely with management to maintain customer expectations and Epson objectives, adhering to our policies and procedures at all times.
Key Responsibilities- General Matters & Administrative: Providing administrative support, handling general inquiries, and managing day-to-day tasks
- Systems: Maintaining and updating systems, ensuring smooth operations, and troubleshooting issues
- Service Agent Administration: Managing service agents, coordinating activities, and maintaining records
- Cover Plus: Providing additional support services, exceeding customer expectations, and driving business growth
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clerical role or similar field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive team player attitude
