Mine Ventilation Specialist

Our operations utilize ventilation on demand, drone technology for mapping, advanced digital planning systems, and electronic blasting equipment adapted from defense and aerospace industries.

Our 8 days on, 6 days off roster gives you a regular rhythm - focused work periods followed by extended time at home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular inspections, monitoring, and testing of underground workplaces with experienced personnel who'll share their knowledge
- Developing expertise in the effective use of the Ventilation on Demand (VoD) system
- Using advanced planning software with comprehensive training provided
- Leading improvement projects - we genuinely want to hear your ideas and observations
- Building skills with underground environmental hygiene checks and surveys for temperature, gas, dust, air flows, and other contaminants - we'll provide the training and mentorship
We're looking for people who want to grow their expertise while contributing to our success.
A strong foundation in mine ventilation with a curiosity to learn more is essential.
Applicants should be able to apply their problem-solving skills to real-world challenges, with guidance from experienced engineers.
Ventsim experience is highly regarded, and we'll provide additional training if required.
Deswik.CAD experience is advantageous— we can develop this skill with you.
