Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing ecommerce strategies from top to bottom.
  • Shaping digital strategies and building the customer journey.
  • Managing backend optimizations and frontend user experience.
  • Overseeing paid media and retention strategies.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience leading ecommerce for a sizeable brand (at least $30/40m+ revenue).
  • A background in outdoor, active or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo.
  • Ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Leadership skills without reliance on a corporate org chart.
