Job Overview

This is a remote-friendly role with a requirement for monthly travel to meet the team. You will lead the ecommerce strategy for a lifestyle and outdoor brand with a strong customer community and significant revenue potential.

Base Pay Range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading ecommerce strategy from top to bottom.
  • Shaping digital strategy and building the customer journey.
  • Managing backend optimizations and frontend UX.
  • Overseeing paid media and retention strategies.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience leading ecommerce for a sizeable brand (at least $30/40m+ revenue).
  • A background in outdoor, active or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo.
  • Ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Leadership skills without reliance on a corporate org chart.
