Key Responsibilities- Assist with general administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries and managing resident information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases related to residents, staff, and facility operations.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling sensitive information.
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, and staff.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications, including MS Office Suite and database management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and compassion for elderly residents, with a commitment to providing quality work.
