Corporate Travel Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to provide exceptional customer service to busy corporate clients. This hybrid role involves working from home and in the office, ensuring seamless interactions with clients worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer outstanding customer support to corporate clients.
  • Utilize a Global Distribution System (GDS) to make reservations using Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus.
  • Arrange flights, hotels, and car hire for domestic and international destinations.
  • Maintain lasting relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations.
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Corporate Travel or Retail Travel agencies is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
